I ordered and paid for goods with the above company. The order was placed 6 weeks ago. I received an email stating that the goods had been posted 6 weeks ago. I still have not received these goods.It does not take 6 weeks, even using surface mail to get to Australia. Despite my repeated inquiries with the above business they refuse to answer my emails. My latest requesting a full refund, again no reply. I tried to complete your online form but there is no provision to enter overseas inquiries and will not allow me to complete the form because of the address. Can you tell me how I can lodge a complaint in relation to this matter. Pleas note that I have had to insert 99503 zip code as it would not accept mine

I feel that if the company that offers a product or service and then collects the monies for the product/service and does not deliver is creating a criminal act.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back, drop the website [redacted] which the agent is using to offer and sell product and collect money for the products not being delivered.

Review: Ordered plans from this company 3 months no plans no response from them. I ordered the plans on the Internet and my credit card payment went just fine. After 6 weeks tried to call both numbers but they are disconnected. Should have called company before ordering plans. I even checked the websit is still working and taking orders. Desired Settlement: Turn off the website so other people will not be taken advantage of.

As a senior citizen I trust people too much says my wife. This is all I want talk to the owner and have him stop taking orders.

Review: Ordered plans on 4/30/13 with order #[redacted] and have not received the product yet. Unable to get any response from the company as to shipping information - eith via phone numbers listed or e-mail listed. Has been charged to our [redacted] and have not received the product. Desired Settlement: Either receive the plans an ordered or an immediate refund.

Review: I Have placed two orders via internet with this company .The first was Feb 21/14 for plan #640 and $19.00 was charged to my debit card. The second order was placed Mar.4th /14 for plan #609 and my debit card was charged $23.00 . Altogether this company has collected $42.00 from me and delivered Zip. Desired Settlement: Please deliver the plans I ordered immediately or refund my money.

After 4 emails I have sent to tell me the progress of my order no emails have yet to be sent back to me. The order # is [redacted] I tried to contact them two weeks after the order was placed using their email on their web site with ne response!

I tried again about after the order was placed, NO RESPONSE. I have sincetried to call their regular business line XXX-XXX-XXXX and it rings until it times out. I tried the toll-free number and the recording says it has been diconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the plans I ordered and be compensated for the agravation and frustration with an additional set of plans. Review: On Nov 6, 2013 I ordered a set of model airplane plans, order confirmation number [redacted], for $22.00 including shipping. As of now, plans have still not been delivered. I have tried contacting company several times by phone and email to find out the status of this order, and then, later to request a refund. Company has my money, has not sent the plans or a refund, and will not return my communication attempts.Desired Settlement: I want the plans I ordered, or a refund of my money.
