My husband and I purchased a new [redacted] doublewide in April of 2014 from this company. We moved in our home in June 2014, in which at that time we had our work order filled out and our Salesman [redacted] supposedly sent the work order to the [redacted] for my repairs. We also were only given two keys to our home and we were supposed to have four. [redacted] claimed the day we got our keys that he had forgot the other two and he would put in mail next day. Well time went by and I emailed him a couple times about it and it would state, I'm putting them in a envelope now and going to send them. Later after still not receiving my other two keys he claimed he did not have them his workers lost them and never did say anything about replacement. My work order consisted of cracks in sheetrock, wavy vinyl siding, a nail in linoleum and also bubbles in certain spots. The only thing that got fixed is the sheet rock. Then in Oct I reported floors creaking, shutter falling off and that we still had not had the other repairs done that were reported in June.Product_Or_Service: Manufactured HomeDesired SettlementI would like this fixed asap..-nail in linoleum-bubbles in linoleum-wavy vinyl-shutter coming off-creaking floors

We were sold a home under an agreement that everything would be fixed correctly and cover-ups were done to hide mold and water damage.They financed a home for us in March 2014 for a mobile home. I have had so many things go wrong from a home my husband and I are purchasing from this company it is ridiculous. First of all my house was set up within a few days and we were told everything would be done correct and to our approval. We did not see things of course until after a couple of weeks went by. I am just going to name a FEW of the things we have experienced since the 11 months we have been in our home:-Bathroom stand in shower base was painted to hide the mold -Water damage in a lot of areas -Shingles were put on with caulk(Was seen by a neighbor) -Vents were not done properly causing our home to be freezing and we have to have the heat on at all times. My son's nursery HAS to have a heater at night because heat does not come out of the vent. -Both bathrooms smell for no reason even after cleaning them and the water from the faucets at times. -Water damage in a ceiling corner in my son's nursery and when we told them about it they fixed it by painting over the area! -In my bathroom there is a one inch gap between vanity and carpet letting heat out and you can put your finger slam through it. They never want to give us receipts for our payments and they never come out to fix the issues that we are experiencing from their cover-ups. When they have come to fix something they pretended that they did and we experienced the same problem over again.Desired SettlementI just want my money back. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and especially regarding the cover-ups that they have done. My husband and I gave all of our savings to move into this "nice" home before my son arrived so we would not have to stay in an apartment and this is the biggest regret ever. My son constantly has colds from our house being so cold especially his room and this is with the heater on. Trying to keep warm a little has doubled our utility bill and making repairs ourselves from their mistakes we have to CONSTANTLY kick out unnecessary money.

We closed on our home from RC Homes in March of 2012. We have been very unsatisfied with their service and follow-up with repairs. Throughout the whole process, our contact person was [redacted]. He was rude, short with his responses, and in the end refused to help us. I emailed and called this business, RC Homes, while our home was being built regarding time frame and progress, with multi calls before a call back. After our home was finished and we closed with [redacted] signing the papers, we receive our keys. The keys do not fit our home and we had to replace all of our locks, which RC Homes was made aware of this problem. After almost 2yrs, we did receive a $200 gift card to [redacted] as payment for the lock replacement with a letter stating that they would not be finishing our Punch List made with [redacted] during our final walk through for repairs/issues. A copy of this letter can be furnished if needed. Repairs did not start until 9/2013!! For which the repairs were spontaneous and inconsistent. Our sheet rock was left not repair, outside trim surrounding our home was left chopped up and tacky, we had a issue with holes in our foundation which was "repaired" but never followed up with, a "dip" in our roof that was never investigated, electrical issues, and finally it was said that the gravel drive was not going to furnished. There were issues between our loan officer and [redacted], for which cost us money due to delay of construction and falsely stated deadlines to our bank.I have numerous emails to [redacted] and CC'd to the owner for which I tried to keep an open line of communication during what should have been a happy time for us as First Time Home Owners. It saddens me to know that a business that is providing a huge life changing purchase would be so spiteful and lack compassion to customers.Product_Or_Service: HomeDesired SettlementI am seeking resolution for this situation. I want the issues to be fixed but feel RC Homes will again not follow through appropriately.
