This company is fining me $dollars because I was two days late in mailing my lease payment, Honest in there advertisement, Thieves is what they need to sayI was out of town for the holidays and I could not get back to Azdue to flight delays, I returned home late Friday 12-02-2016,wrote my check and drove right to the post office that nightThey received my check with a post mark of Dec Its a shame a company like this needs money so bad Sometimes life has delaysIf your going to lease or use this company to reflect your business I strongly recommend against your decisionThere are so many other companies that realize sometimes things happenI never have been late before always

this response from r and c is NOT satisfactory to me It resolves nothing I would like my money refunded to meI damaged nothing in that property I cleaned every appliance , behind and under every appliance My fiancé pulled out the fridge , stove , washer , dryer I scrubbed the floor tiles , baseboard , I cleaned out the fridge and freezer , I stood on a latter and dusted and cleaned the ceiling fans, I scrubbed all toilets and tubs, wiped down all baseboards in the house This issue is not resolved untill these crooks refund me my money.

This tenant moved out just the 31st.  We have NOT processed the disposition of deposit yet so no response will be made.

We have used R & C for a number of years to manage our rental property. We were recently travelling overseas and had a major issue with our unit. Rose and Dawn were great in helping us with the contractors and insurance required to solve and rectify our problems. We are grateful that they were able to provide such great help when we were so many miles away, especially when we had limited access to email or phone. R&C always recommend fantastic contractors to fix any problems.

This company treats people in a way that all homeowners should be afraid of. The treatment has made my family never want to rent again. We all have a choice and I would strongly encourage homeowners to not use this company.

This tenant just moved out and the sec deposit is processed per AZ Landlord Tenant act.  They will receive their fund within 14 business days from the end of their lease.
