Told me he could deliver. Didn't end up delivering. Told me he was doing to finish doing what he was doing and I waited and waited and waited, he never showed not called to tell me he was not coming and when I contacted him ignored me, I Had to go pickup which is not something I wanted to do. It was not assembled, there are pieces broken, and he overcharged me 33.50. It's a mess and he's a lier so I really would look elsewhere. I got broken car missing pieces and it came directly from unopened box. Also paid 100 extra for pro model and didn't get pro model and he argued with me about that like I'm an i

We were looking at a Hover Board for our daughter for Christmas with *** the salesman he said we could put it on layaway . My husband walks with a walker so we were on the mall side of the display so my wife and I put a $ 147.15 down . He took my credit card and $ 100.00 cash then brought the receipt back to us with it folded with the amount showing . He never said anything about a return policy this was Oct 03 2018 so 2 days later we had a $ 525.00 medicine bill to fill so we went down to see him and said they have a no return policy it was on the bottom of receipt that was folded so the amount as showing then he showed a sign by the cash register that we were never over by it which I reminded him of that . He would not give his bosses phone number he told me I had to call the Mall Office to get it which I did .
We have an exchange policy no return on our product all Salles are final are policy posted next to cash register where all transactions been made and on the recipient, we told the customer that he didn’t have to finish paying off the item he put on layaway he can get another product for same value of what he paid the 147.15 to help him out by purchasing from our store he agreed to our policy, he can come by the store any time for more help thank you for understanding

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is ok however the only very small sign was on the opposite side from the cash register, not in plain site and the young man who took the money folded the receipt with that indication about no cash refunds and folded over that policy information so it was not really displayed as he folded the receipt. It indication was folded so that indication was not visible to us. It was intentionally done to hide that information. We have received our money through purchasing another item but we found a second sign was placed in the kiosk.
