I've contracted several projects, both interior and exterior with Robert [redacted] , aka R [redacted] Construction, for over yearsHis team consists of highly skilled craftsmen who have built an outstanding name for themselvesI recall contracting with Robert for a complete roof tear-off and removal of all plywood on an approximately sqfthouseWhen the inspectors showed up at the onset of the work, they asked me who I was using? When I responded that I was using Robert, they said great and that I had contracted with one of the two best roofing contractors in the NW SuburbsI continue to use his company for all my work and recommend him to my friends

Mrs*** and our company signed a contract to replace the siding on Mrs***' house on May 6, 2014, some time later we were planning a approximate start date of the project, at which point Mrs*** informed me she does not want us to
start in May, since she is having a party on the last day of the month, and would like us to start the project in JuneOn June 4th our company begun the preparation for the job by sending a necessary material from our supplier to Mrs***' housei do admit on that day I was working out in the field with no Mrs*** phone number, and there was no person in my office to call Mrs*** and inform her about the delivery of the materialit was my intention to call Mrs*** as soon as I get back to the officeMy most sincere apologies for thatMrs*** had turned the delivery away and had called me on the phonei have tried to explain to her that delivering material to the job site does not equal starting of the jobi never told Mrs*** that no construction company schedules appointments and starts the job whenever it is convenient for them! (see attached copy of my email to Mrs*** dated June 4th)As far as the concerned Mrs*** expressed about removing the back door on her house and shed from the side of it, it was my understanding that it was a part of our job, and the cost of it was already calculated in the priceThere was also no insistence on my part that Mrs*** was wrong, it is us it has been my believe that it is a honest misunderstandingDuring our conversation I did try to offer a solution to the problem as the siding color that Mrs*** choose was a "Special Order" and I trusting Mrs*** did not take pre-payment for it, as the material could not be returnedI offered couple of solutions all of them rejected and did not have the opportunity to complete the conversation as Mrs*** hung up the phoneI would like to apologize once more for not being able to call Mrs*** about the material delivery and letting her know that delivering material is not the same as staring the workOur company always calls our customers with the starting day and never starts the work when that date is inconvenient for the home ownerI would like to apologies for not explaining clearly that additional work that Mrs*** believed she would have to do prior to siding installation was in fact included in our pricing
and most of all I would like to apologize for failing your expectations
I would also like to add that the check reimbursing your deposit was made out to you the following day after our phone conversationit has been mailed out since and you should have it in your possession soon

We received the full deposit amount in the check and it has cleared the bank

I contracted with R Celeste Construction to repair significant damage to my house, chimney and barn from a freak hail stormRepairs were needed to roofs, siding, gutters, fascia and many other fixturesR Celeste did an excellent job with the repairs, acting as an expert in an advisory capacity while working out minute details with the insurance company - and even finding me more money for repairs not noted by the insurance company
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work, top communication skills and the desire to keep the customer satisfied

I recall contracting with Robert for a complete roof tear-off and removal of all plywood on an approximately 3000 sq. ft. house. When the inspectors showed up at the onset of the work, they asked me who I was using? When I responded that I was using Robert, they said great and that I had contracted with one of the two best roofing contractors in the NW Suburbs... I continue to use his company for all my work and recommend him to my friends.
