R Champ Fencing

To whom it may concer [redacted] did receive a phone call from Ms [redacted] early Monday morning Ms [redacted] stated that her gate was ripped off the post [redacted] responded to Ms [redacted] that it sounds like wind damage from the storm that had past through Jacksonville the previous days and that wind damage isn't covered under warranty [redacted] told her that we would come out to inspect the situation and make the determination Ms [redacted] also mentioned that someone told her the wrong nails were used on the gate [redacted] had said we use the same nails on all our gates and don't veer from that A crew, [redacted] and ***, was sent out the same day to inspect the situation In their professional opinion, the heavy winds forced the gate open thus ripping the gate off the gate post damaging the 4x6xpost Our warranty doesn't cover acts of God [redacted] had mentioned that he had visited Ms [redacted] before to replace the screws that the gate latch was installed with with longer screws The initial installation of the gate latch was installed with the screws provided in the package All screws used were industry standard [redacted] told Ms [redacted] that we would fix the gate at cost

This complaint has been resolved with the customer Our company took appropriate actions to satisfy our customer Old existing fence was removed from a neighboring property in question by our company Thanks, Blanding Blvd Orange Park, Fl ###-###-####

I sent two man out too repair the fence , they had the gate locked we could not get in the yardI will call miss [redacted] today04/24/Hours

Did a Great job putting up fence at my houseStraight level and better quality fence than most other companies I talked with [redacted] and everyone at the company was friendly and very knowledgeable with fencingIf you need a Good fence at really good price I wouldn't think twice about using these professionals

We installed the gate opener and key pad, plus a driveway sensorI hope ** *** is happy

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no storm when this occurred Saturday morningThe weather was clear and calmThe rain occurred late Saturday afternoon around 3:or 4:00. The double gate fell due to poor qualityThe other double gate that is still standing is starting to separate also
Also, the side entrance gate latch was bent by their worker* *** said that was the only way for me to use the side entrance because the wrong nails were usedI was told this by the rep that came to my home in the Summer
I want the double gate repaired correctlyI want the side entrance gate repaired correct without the latch being bentI want a copy of the warrantyI want the owner and I to fully inspect every portion of my fence togetherI also want a 10% refund as this business is not right!! They are fabulous with quick work but the work does not last

I was very impressed with the installation of my privacy fenceThe two men were very professional, using levels & string to make sure all sections were straight and trueThey even cemented the gate posts on both sidesAlthough this may be SOP, I don't think the last guys I used were as professional

High quality and beautiful fence installed..

Mr. [redacted] send us pictures of his fence, you can tell that the fence is leaning from the high winds. I told Mr [redacted] his area has 90 mile per hour winds from the hurricane. And he started yelling at me and blaming for his fence that is leaning and I told him that I will work him and started to get mad...

at me. So far as I am concern I am finished with this matter because it's hurricane that damage and our warranty does not cover for high winds.
