On 4/8/14 we entered Rods All star to look for a car. My father is almost 85 years old and handicap. He is blind and hasn't driven in over 20 years he also has the start Alzheimer's. My mother is 78 years old and handicap as well. they were pressured into buying a car though salesman would not let them leave without purchasing one. my mother stated that they could not purchase anything without talking to me that because I have power of attorney and they have no control of their money the salesman force them to write a check and sign the paperwork. my mother said that there was no money to cover the check to buy the car he said he would hold the check until they returned with the final amount of money. My mother was able to contact me. my husband [redacted] and my brother [redacted] rushed down to the lot and explained that Dad had Alzheimer's and knew nothing. [redacted] name [redacted] said it didn't matter all of the contract was signed I asked to stop the transaction and he yelled at us loud enough to be heard outside the building I took my parents from the lot put a stop payment on the check and went to the sheriff's department they have harass my parents by phone and I have it recorded and by mail my father doesn't remember know anything about this day they have threatened to have my parents arrested. now we have received a letter stating that they have titled the car in my parents his name and that they are the security holders
