I moved out of the unit I rented from RCA Properties (robinett LLC) at [redacted], Everett, WA XXXXX on April 2, 2013. On April 15, 2013, I received an itemized statement explaining that they withheld my deposit of $1,100.00 ($1500 less $400 non-refundable cleaning and lock fee). In reviewing this statement, I noticed they charged me for items or repairs that I am not legally responsible for.
