Normandy Remodeling is an outstanding company They remodeled my kitchen years ago and years ago to remodel my master bathroom and to install hardwood flooring on my entire second floor The architect, kitchen designer, tradesmen, supervisors, and office staff are wonderful In my two remodeling experiences, Normandy does excellent quality work and their customer service is first rate I would certainly use them again
We completed our kitchen remodel with Normandy’s designer Liz [redacted] and construction supervisor Mike [redacted] in October 2016. We are deeply pleased with the result. We had consulted several remodeling services including two big box stores and a small local firm but could not find satisfying answers or a complete concept meeting our needs until Liz pulled the project together after a series of discussions and meetings. The team listened well to our wishes and worked to help us realize them. The new look really complements our vintage house by adding fresh design, subtle colors and a beautiful variety of textures.
Mike anticipated a few building code issues and worked them into the schedule so we finished on time and close to the cost estimate. We had good communication daily from Mike, the crews were nearly always on time, and Liz stopped buy to monitor and consult on the couple questions that arose part way. It was reassuring that staff was generous with their time throughout the project. Mike was really good about protecting the finishes and nearby areas during construction, did a good job holding down dust, etc. and even helped us with a few household matters between crews coming and going. And Liz’s coordination with [redacted] appliances worked smoothly to make sure we had the right design and models for our needs.
On the advice of a neighbor we hired Normandy about 19 years ago to build our one-story family room with 3/4 bath on a modest budget. We’ve gotten tremendous value from that and now are enjoying our new kitchen to the max. Both projects went well so we think Normandy is a pretty good outfit.

I requested an estimate from there. My kitchen is small. I was trying to get multiple bids and had another company out. The sales guy told me that Normandy typically cancels appointments because they are to small. Three days later, Normandy called to cancel my appointment because the sales person had a family priority and they were not able to reschedule for a least a couple of weeks. While this may have been the perfect storm, it seems really coincidence that another company tells me this and then it happens. I would not recommend these guys as they appear they only want the high dollar jobs, my was less than 20k. This made me feel unimportant and if I am already experiencing these problems what else would I encounter. Buyer beware.
