I requested an estimate from thereMy kitchen is smallI was trying to get multiple bids and had another company outThe sales guy told me that Normandy typically cancels appointments because they are to smallThree days later, Normandy called to cancel my appointment because the sales person had a family priority and they were not able to reschedule for a least a couple of weeksWhile this may have been the perfect storm, it seems really coincidence that another company tells me this and then it happensI would not recommend these guys as they appear they only want the high dollar jobs, my was less than 20kThis made me feel unimportant and if I am already experiencing these problems what else would I encounterBuyer beware
