R&D Sieberg did make a service call to [redacted] house on June 17th Upon arrival, Jason, our technician observed the noise on the air conditioner and removed the front cover with the unit turned off He noticed there were no cracks on the fan blade, but noticed when he turned the air conditioner on that re-positioning the unit in the wall caused the noise to disappear He instructed [redacted] to give us a call if the noise came back and we can discuss different options knowing that if the noise came back it could be more than just needing re positioned, but rather a faulty bushing When [redacted] did call back she requested another appointment at which time we told her that a faulty bushing in the fan motor is the cause and replacement required a new fan motor and two new fan blades exceeding the cost of a brand new air conditioner Knowing that she was on a budget, [redacted] was advised that we have new scratch and dent units that we could install at a discount because of the service call she paid for [redacted] became irate and began using foul language and was advised that there was nothing more we could offer her

[redacted] picked out a refrigerator on July 27th and scheduled R&D to deliver the refrigerator that Friday, July 31st.  The receipt is attached and [redacted] paid $400 for the refrigerator that had small blemishes, but without the small blemishes is estimated to be an $800...

refrigerator.  The same refrigerator that [redacted] picked out was delivered on Friday without any issue.  [redacted] called the following Saturday saying that he picked out a different brand refrigerator, which at that time we referred him to the receipt that he signed which stated that the refrigerator that was delivered was in fact the one he picked out.   After multiple phone calls and threats [redacted] became irate and R&D offered multiple solutions, offering him money off the refrigerator he was not happy with and even offered to refund the refrigerator if he brought it to us.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: My previous email was inadvertenly sent prior to being completed.
At no time did I use foul language with Jason on the phone.  I was upset because of the situation but I treated him respectfully.  Jason put his boss on the phone and I said I would like my money back and he told me that it's not worth their time to send someone back out to my house.  The boss told me that the diagnosis was faulty bushings and motor fan blades.  The cost of this repair is greater then the price of a new unit. therefore we are not sending someone out as you already recieved a diagnosis.  At this time I became more upset because when Jason was at my house at no time did he give me a diagnosis.  I was assured a no charge return visit and now I am being told something different that is obviously not true. I asked the boss how he knew all of this was wrong with the unit and it wasn't even pulled out of the sleeve.  The boss told me that all we have to do is look inside the front and we don't have to pull the unit out.  I couldn't believe it and did some further investigation that another motor is loated in the back of the unit and the unit needs to be pulled out to see that motor.  At this time I was getting very angry and I did lose my cool .  I am very sorry that I used foul language .  Being on a fixed income I felt that they were trying to coherse me into purchasing a new unit from them.    Promising a customer a service and not following through and trying to get them to purchase more merchandise is not a good business practice.  I felt like I was taken advantage of and that is where the foul language came into play.  As I said earlier I could have chosen better words but I felt I wasn't being heard and all this company wanted to do was give me shotty service and take my money.  This is why I contacted the Revdex.com to try and resolve this.
