Revdex.com:There are some contents in the response that I don't acknowledge as what was actually discussed. However, at this time, my only concern is being resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Will payments be paid directly to me, or through Revdex.com?

[redacted]July 21, 2016ID [redacted]First, my rates: Head Shots Session - $500. Model can choose outfits and backdrops. Prints not included. Retouching $65/hr.Portfolio Session - $2,000. plus expenses. A portfolio is a "work in progress" Model choose outfits...

and venues. THIS SESSION IS NEVER SHOT IN 2 HOURS, Two weeks to two months for "completion" (since it never is) is more realistic. Must allow for hair, make-up artist (MUA) and stylist scheduling. Prints not included. Retouching $65/hr.I was a child model in Chicago. My Dad gave me a camera when I was 7 years old. I also used to shoot head shots and portfolio photos for some model agencies in Los Angeles. Unlike most amateurs, I know a little bit about this business. FYI, I have a few photos selected by Italian Vogue for publication. When I first met the "customer" she asked if I did head shots. She said she needed photos for her granddaughter's portfolio for beauty pagents. She told me she went thru 2 or 3 photographers and didn't like any of their work. She showed some head shots to me on her computer. This should have been a tip-off for me not to take the job. I wonder if the "customer" did this to the other photographers. You see above, there is a difference between doing head shots for a portfolio and doing a portfolio. I gave the "customer" a price break since she is a teacher at one of my schools I photograph. Now here is where the "customer" perhaps got me confused with another photographer's quote. In an email of April 7 she even asked how much the prints would cost. Most photographers charge around $150 for an 8"x10" print; my price is only $10. Therefore, I always charge for prints. We set an appointment and I collected a 50% deposit. I rented a 2-room hotel suite for the head shots and brought with me a selection of backdrops that would have been easy to change. My assistant and I had the suite set up for head shots. I could have used the hotel lobby if I had known I was doing a portfolio. The "customer" asked me to do a couple of full length shots which I did with my bum almost against a wall. The "customer" was present for every shot taken, she saw each image taken. Why didn't she say something about changing the backdrops if she didn't like the one's used. It's much easier to change them on set instead of in post production. At this point the "customer" seemed pleased and paid the other 50%.I sent a disc of the photos to the "customer" for her print selection. The "customer" sent an email to me on April 2 with her selection. I'm quite sure she has supplied you with all of the emails. One photo she selected she wanted a full length 8"x10" print. So not to cut any part, toes or crown, I had to "print to fit" since a 35mm sensor or negative with film converts to a 8"x12" which is not readily available in the U.S. This means all 8"x10" prints are not "full frame". If I had known I would be doing full length photos for a portfolio I would have set up in the hotel lobby affording me more room to work.I delivered the finished prints to the "customer" at her school and she paid for them at that time. Later in the day I went to her classroom where she pointed out all of my "sins". I told the "customer" that I wanted her to be happy with my photos and would make them right for her. I use the services of 3 retouchers, one teaches Photoshop at the university level and one in India. Most newbes don't know the difference between a fstop and a bus stop and think you can change a background with the click of a mouse button. This is not true. Retouchers need to decide, in the case of strands of hair, do they fill in the new background between each and every strand of hair or eliminate some the fly-away strands. I was also informed that now there was a time limit. I ended up sending a disc to the customer because of the time crunch. Of course, she didn't like anything. I never sent the re-edited prints, what for, save the cost of postage.I do thousands, of photos a year, across the southwest and probably average 10 or less returns a year usually because of make-up, bad hair or wardrobe. One time and, oddly enough a teacher, complain about her photo because she looked like herself. Just recently, a mom complained that her son wasn't in the team photo. I didn't realize being a baby sitter is in my job description. Now that I gave you a little education into professional photography, let's bring this to an end. Oops. OMG. I just read in the end of "Customer's Statement of the Problem" that I told the guy from the Attorney General office that I will pay by June 3. This is again a lie. I'm a little more than [redacted] off. Now I don't know where this is coming from; from the "customer" or from the Attorney General office or from the Revdex.com. I received a call from the AG office on a Thursday, June 2, while having a fantastic lunch along the Cumberland River with my family in Tennessee. I told the dude I will pay back in payments. He said he will call me back on 'Monday'. I haven't heard a word until last week when I received mail and a phone call. The Revdex.com or AG office never sent anything to me until last week. Who do I believe?I will keep my promise to the "customer" even though I believe I was taken advantage of. In light of the June 3 LIE, I will make 3 payments starting in September. September, $150. October, $150. November, $175. I may pay this faster if possible. How do I send the payments to; Revdex.com, AG office or to the "customer"?Do you remember the tv series "Columbo"? In the words of Peter Faulk, "Oh. One more thing". You state in your cover letter not to personally identify my "customer". I expect the same courtesy and not have my business name, since it's my name, entered into any publication of this case. Please do not call me; respond by US mail only.I now consider this case closed. I expect an answer from you with who gets my money. Case closed,Rick [redacted]
