I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The letter is very nice written, but does not make up for the fact I called them  4-5 times to ask for the report the technician sent to the [redacted] .
They denied the claim based on the technician report.
I want from them the report
Why them and [redacted] can not produce the document ?

There is something severely wrong with the management at R.E. Boggs. My home warranty sent them to diagnose a problem with my heat pump. The technician who came, evaluated the system and recommended a replacement. I was blind sighted when I found out the manager changed the report the technician gave me before he submitted to the home warranty for a repair (note the technician never mentioned this repair during the service). The excuse from the manager was that the tech "was not thinking at the time", discrediting his own employee. Needless to say I had no choice but to let them do the repair and even after they did, a re-diagnosis was still not completed and the problem still persisted. They would not come back and do the full reevaluation as they were sent to do by the home warranty TWO times and they finally lied about setting up an appointment by claiming they left me a voicemail and I didn't return their call - so far from the truth. I actually had to call another company out of pocket for an official reevaluation. Turns out there was a leak in the outdoor and indoor unit coils and had nothing to do with the repair the manager insisted was the problem. Now had R.E. Boggs done the diagnosis they were hired to do, they could have found this. The new contractor even pointed out that a part on my outdoor unit was lying on the ground - proof that their work is done halfway and sloppy. I am absolutely horrified they are capable of conducting business like this. The manager, Steve, is extremely dishonest and provides terrible customer service and it is apparent that he is interested in nothing more than serving himself and his company well, he does not care about customers. I rarely publicize negative reviews but this situation was in fact so appalling that I can only hope it helps prevent it from happening to someone else.

Review: I currently have a Home Appliance warranty with [redacted]. My ac was reported broken on May 14th. RE Boggs came out replaced a part but did not stay to check unit to make sure it would work. the following week Dead Unit. Also advised [redacted] that the duct work was not right and a work order needed to be called in. He wont call me, they have been telling the warranty company since May 30th it would be taken care of and as of today still NO work order called in. The warranty company cant even get them to honor what they've promised them. This is horrible service. [redacted] emailed me on 5/30 with an apology, stated he wanted to continue good business relations, admitted having personal problems at home but he'd take care of the Work Order and get it sent in. Very disappointedDesired Settlement: I want the Work Order submitted for the DUCT work into [redacted] warranty company. I want my $100.00 trade service fee refunded back for NOT honoring what they need to do and not being considerate of my 73 year old father who has major health problems and is sitting in a HOT house. PLEASE help me get this company to do what they are supposed to do. Gratefully, [redacted]

We do work for several home warranty companies and my job is to report what we find

done. I am not supposed to contact the customer. The insurance company calls the

customer with their decision. I am not in the insurance business and I do not want to

I am very sorry that her claim was denied. I WANTED to do the repair. I make my living

fixing and replacing worn out equipment. I understand her frustration with the insurance

company but that does not make me responsible for her bill. I just gave the information to

the insurance company and the took the decision to deny the claim. I do feel for **.
