We were installing FRP but we cannot install FRP in front of the hood guyIt has been over weeks since the Hood Guy startedThe hood is still in the same position; on the floor, as it has been for weeksHe wants us to go in and do other
things and we've tried explaining the process but he is frustrated with the process and is trying to find someone to blameOur job was to come in and change out the old service and build the exterior walls, adding a new wall in the front (which we did) and put electric in the walls that we built (which we did) get that inspected and tape and sand the outside portion (which we did) and put FRP in the areas which we couldThere is probably only one area where we haven't started where we could and that is the bathroom which does not affect this jobWe have done everything we can do to accommodate him but he is not satisfied because he is frustrated with paying rent on that building and it is not completedAll of these things can be confirmed with the other companies on this jobWe only have a part of itHe was trying to find some used parts and pieces, which held up the hood guyThat is part of the reason this job has been held upAlso, he did not have very good architectural drawings to begin withAll of these things we've done, he is not paying any extra for and we have done things that just needed to be doneHe has an area where plumbers dug up and he was attempting to get replacedWe did that without chargeHe has paid $10,out of $15,and we are the only contractor who tried to work with him and help him out, agreeing to defer our last $5,payment because we knew he had taken on a lot financially and were trying to help him outWe are the ones who should be filing a complaint because the longer he stretches this job out, the further away we are from our payWe agreed to try and finish and we would work out some kind of payment arrangementThe last part of this, we need to coordinate a section with the plumber, which we have not been able to doWe are not refusing to do anythingOnce he terminated our services, I was basically through talking with himHe texted me saying "See you in court."
