To Whom it May Concern, The statements made in this complaint are completely inaccurate The accurate events are as follows.Our company received a warranty call on one of two commodes in the house We addressed the complaint by sending the licensed plumber to inspect the problem and
it could not be duplicated on site at that time Shortly after, there was an "overflow" or some sort of leak at the other commode in the home The home owner called a different plumber to come our and it was their assertion that there was a constant "running" of the commode that eventually over filled their septic drain field and then backed up in their home While this doesn't seem very plausible, it is possible Because it is possible, I offered to pay for the plumber that had the owner paid to come to their home (over $300) I made this offer in writing What the owner wanted was *** *** installed in their home, which I did not see the need for We were and are willing to address any warranty issue with the commodes that were installed That is not what they wanted They wanted new, nicer looking commodes They also asked for consequential damage to be paid for (pillows and a rug) which is expressly excluded from warranty As an aside, the original plumber did visit the home after their plumber had been there They observed no damage and made sure the commode was in working order before they left We remain willing to pay for the plumbers bill but we have not received a response from the owners on this offer since it was made (well before the Revdex.com "complaint" Sincerely,Texas Farmhouse Homes, LLC
