Our Response: Our company would not allow anybody take undue advantage of our company by providing free products, as [redacted] is looking for in his desired Settlement[redacted] is using Revdex.com as a tool to his undue advantage - getting products for FREE [redacted] placed an order for $on Friday the of August We ship in 1-business daysOn the morning at 11:am of the third shipping date vizAugust, [redacted] threatens us " I have submitted a formal complaint on your behavior to both the Revdex.com and your parent company in India because you have failed to ship the order ......"After seeing his above threatening email on the last ship date, we did not feel comfortable in processing his order and wrote to him at 2:pm, "If you are not happy with our service we will cancel your order"We never took his money and never shipped his order and we do not intend to ship his order in any future.We don't want to do business with someone who is rude, threatening our company and insulting to our employees without reason
