this is my car to be purchased at hi-line , always great staff , really nice cars and good prices always do exactly what they say they will on time no hassel Jimmy was the guy who sold me my last one, did an excellent job and went out of his way to help me buy some new mats at the dealership also came to my home to get final paperwork signed to save me the trip over there Again tony and his staff are great so much easier to buy a car there than any dealership that I have ever been tool Will continue supporting these guys

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. [redacted] and the staff here are the most down to Earth and friendliest people. They are fast, and have a great inventory. Financing was the best. They got me out of my upside down loan, and into a new car on a Saturday evening within an hour and a half. I'm thankful for finding this location, and will always do business here.

I did alot of research on the internet and Hi-Line Garage continued to show up in the search results. I decided to check them out in person, I'm glad I did. The price was unbeatable. The staff was friendly and helpful.. I enjoyed the light atmosphere, I feel like they genuinely cared about me being happy ... They even arranged financing and helped me switch over my insurance. I will recommend Hi-Line Garage to everyone I know.

From the initial call to Wyatt to entering the dealership and working with [redacted], by far the best experience with a dealership. Professional, friendly, accommodating and customer service driven. They even provided me with lunch as I waited for the financing. [redacted] was phenominal with his years in the business in discovering an alternative to get me out of my leased vehicle and be able to purchase the [redacted] SUV that I wanted. He worked his magic and got the interest rate I wanted which made my payments affordable. I would highly recommend Hi Line over any of the Hendrix franchise dealers any day. It is very difficult to find a dealer who makes promises and follows through on all of them. I have been buying cars over 30 years and by far my best experience to date. When I am ready to trade in a few years I will make Hi Line my first stop for my next car!!!

Beware!!! I spent 4 hours on Sat looking at a GLK, small problem was identified, HLG carried to Dealer for repair, once repaired was notified, I said I was on the way to pickup, [redacted] ask for deposit but I was then on the road. Coming from VA is a 2.5 hour drive, [redacted] said, "don't worry, I got it". 15 mins out, after 2.25 hours of driving, I get the call, "someone just sold your car"!!! All I can say is thank goodness, allowed me to meet [redacted] at [redacted] next to the speedway. You will feel the honesty when you shake his hand. Entirely different experience. If you are in the market for a "high end" used car, for get Highline Garage and go see [redacted] Found exactly what I was looking for at the right price from the RIGHT DEALER!! WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR!!!

My wife and I were shopping for a Mercedes Benz ML 350 and called Hi Line Garage concerning one via their website on Thursday, 3/30/16. I spoke to a salesman named [redacted]. Right away he "rubbed" me the wrong way, as his disposition lacked being customer service oriented which is truly how you need to be in a sales career. I got some information regarding a 2013 ML 350 but then called back later and specifically requested from the lady not to work again with [redacted] and the reasons why. She put me on hold to supposedly get me another salesman but [redacted] answered again. So again, even the lady answering the phone was shady and unprofessional. Nonetheless, not to continue with the shenanigans I went ahead and worked with [redacted] just totally needs customer service and sales training and really should get another job. My wife was qualified through[redacted] and wanted to only go through them for financing to prohibit too many inquiries on her credit report. On a three way phone call, we explicitly informed [redacted] of this and that we did not want to run it through any other company to which he stated it was what he'd do (he lied). My wife found out that he had run it through at least 1-2 other companies to which one of them [redacted]), he directed my wife to after telling her that the[redacted] was declined (he lied). I had already called[redacted] on the status of the loan and got the confirmation of the approval but [redacted] didn't know this when he was telling my wife it was declined. My wife informed him of this after he stated to her she was declined and he played "dumb" and started making up things like "your husband would have to be on the loan" etc. He was more concerned with that or redirecting her to a place he was not even supposed to have submitted the app to in the first place ([redacted]. Anyways, due to my leg work and persistence and the great help of a[redacted] employee ([redacted]), my wife and I were able to get all matters straight, as [redacted] simply bypassed [redacted]'s incompetence and worked directly with Orlando (finance mgr). He was only slightly better in disposition and professionalism, as he tried to back his incompetent employee, [redacted], instead of making the customer feel better about the situation as actual good companies do. Anyways, my wife and I were having to travel 3.5 hrs to their lot in Charlotte to look at this car so I asked [redacted] for sure what was the condition of the vehicle. The photos which were many on the inside and out were very good looking so I wanted to confirm that the vehicle was in just as good condition. [redacted] stated that the vehicle was just as the photos and that they didn't sell those type of cars which were misleading (he lied). When we go there the car had many glaring defects in the exterior and driver side front seat. It was terrible for the price and having been lied to. No back mats, no manual and [redacted] was so bent on being unprofessional he was emphasizing "you can't take from another vehicle," though their was 1-2 more same models there. He didn't care to offer any solace and seemed as usual, totally unconcerned. My wife and I left there without even driving the vehicle or making any offer after about 25 minutes on the lot. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with this 2nd rate, unprofessional, misleading and dishonest practicing business. We are considering consulting an attorney regarding the being lied to on running my wife's credit through more than only[redacted] which can affect your credit score but either way, was without consent. Our experience was horrible from start to finish and we thank God that we didn't settle because just yesterday, 4/1/16, we closed on a great, wonderful Benz pre-owned Certified 2013 ML 350 accurately represented that met and exceeded any other one we had looked at previously at [redacted] Great place to buy a vehicle! Does it the way it is supposed to be done!

I had a very positive experience at Hi Line Garage. They were super knowledgeable, had a great inventory of high end pre-owned cars and very reasonably priced . I worked with [redacted] who did an excellent job assisting me with my purchase decision and would highly recommend him if your are looking to purchase a quality high end vehicle and get excellent customer service. I got exactly what I wanted and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. [redacted]
