Baystate put a cap on my chimney after telling me they were sure the raccoons were no longer in my fireplace and chimney They were wrong and had to come back and take the cap off I ended up smoking the raccoons out because they kept telling me they were gone and I would hear them all night long - and SEE them in my fireplace!! And last I discussed fees with Baystate they told me Then my debit card was charged 775! I have tried calling Baystate and was told I would get a return call, which I have not received
I called Security Pest Control because I had two separate incidents of squirrels getting into my basement at ** *** *** ***When they referred the work to Baystate Wildlife Management, my concern was that squirrels were living in my houseWhen my husband spoke to ***, he conveyed the same concern and was told that for $someone would come to the house, do squirrel eradication (trapping, removing, sealing up my home and ensuring that they would not be able to return)Once this was done, we would be issued a two year guarantee that if the squirrels returned, they would be eradicatedMy husband was told that a $dollar deposit was to be put on a credit card
