I called Security Pest Control because I had two separate incidents of squirrels getting into my basement at [redacted] ***When they referred the work to Baystate Wildlife Management, my concern was that squirrels were living in my houseWhen my husband spoke to ***, he conveyed the same concern and was told that for $someone would come to the house, do squirrel eradication (trapping, removing, sealing up my home and ensuring that they would not be able to return)Once this was done, we would be issued a two year guarantee that if the squirrels returned, they would be eradicatedMy husband was told that a $dollar deposit was to be put on a credit card The person who came to do the work was in my basement for under an hour, determined that there was no squirrel issue and that the squirrels had come and gone and I needed a cap on my chimney flue, so that they couldn’t get in any moreHe suggested I call my chimney companyHe spent a short time putting wire mesh
