For the sale of our home, the buyers required a well yield testWe felt strongly against pumping our well for two to three hours due to the waste of water and lack of rain; However, after calling R & G to discuss their process and being told they use "sonar to carefully monitor water level every few minutes to ensure not running your well dry", we reluctantly agreed When the technician arrived my husband was told "oh, we don't use sonar, it broke weeks ago and cost too much to replace" he then pumped gallons a minute till he wasted gallons of water and dredged bottom sending all the sediment into our house, while the home inspector was inside running the dishwasher and washing machine all at the same time! These is didn't seem to know wells at all Five house filters and two days later we are still cleaning up Real Estate agents need to learn about environmental concerns, and proper well maintaince before telling buyers "yea, you should make sure the pump works" a yield test should not be used to test a pump! years no problems with our good yielding well, just stupid inspectors and agents doing anything for a buck The hell with the environment who needs water we can just pump it all day! These 3/horse power pumps are designed to run long enough to fill the storage tank and rest and they are certainly not designed to pump for two hours continuously or to pump sediment throughI wouldn't trust this company for any service

repaired a falling electrical box down inside our well, replaced some parts in our basement system and for the first time in many years, my water went from a trickle to great water pressure. What a pleasure! Thanks Again R&G - You're the BEST!
Rick is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend him for jet pump issues with deep wells. He will not take advantage of you. I would call on his company again.
