We are in receipt of your letter in regards to [redacted]. We have refunded Ms. [redacted]s $35.00 application fee on 5.27.14. Application...
fees are non-refundable, however Ms. [redacted] paid $70.00 for her and a roommate to apply and the roommate did not apply. We told her that we had to have a check processed from the corporate office in Newton MA. We told her that it could take up to thirty days to arrive at our office. Ms. [redacted] applied at Cricket Hollow Apartments on 4.23.2014 .Ms. [redacted] did not meet our selection criteria and was notified on 4.24.2014. She was notified to pick up her security deposit of $99.00 on 4.24.2014. Ms. [redacted] picked up her $99.00 deposit on 4.28.2014 and at that time asked for the $35.00 application fee to be returned.
