I ordered two high value packages from Rguns after 1 month I inquired about them and received no response. I waited a few more weeks and tried again. Long story short this went on for about 5 monts with Rguns customer service telling me they will not ship my order and it was next to be shipped because I had inquired too much and often of the packages. I told themI would spread the word of their customer service and rudeness. They told me they didn't care or need my business. I got one of two packeges and refined the other packege this all after more then 5 months past the date I ordered. I recommend to not do business with Rguns. Very rude and poor service.

I placed an order with RGUNS several times. I had no issues at all. I got what I ordered pretty quick.

I have bought AR parts from them and while the customer service may not be up to everyones standards ( They are in Illinois ) the parts did arrive and the price was pleasant.

I have dealt with Rguns off and on for several years as a [redacted] dealer and have always been treated professionally and with courtesy. Back in the hoarding, fever-pitched buying frenzy days at the beginning of [redacted]'s reign, when nobody had any stock to sell, Rguns put you on a list and shipped the product out when they got it.
I would gladly buy from them any time.
