I am renting at the address *** rd lot *** XXXXX. At my home right behind my front door porch where me and my wife go in and out all the time, has a water build up everytime it rains . I have complained about this several times in the past and nothing has been done , I resigned my lease and I have tried to complain again , this time I have sent pictures and several emails to try and get this fixed because it is becoming a hazard . Everytime it rains it builds up and it and sometimes it gets really deep , frogs are seen here now , there are way too many bugs surrounding the area, I have tried to tell them that its like a swamp build up , it takes days for the sun to even begin to dry it up and when its finally beginning to dry , it rains again . It is a major issue to me now because my wife is pregnant and is almost due , I will have to go through the front door when I take my baby and wife to the doctor visits . I even am scared that some of the water goes under my home and can cause a circuit issue or just some other kind of complication. Please help because they are not seeming to care . I have not once been late on my rent . They cant even fix a simple issue.
