quote is manually estimated with [redacted].Ms. [redacted] told me she wants [redacted] I explained to her I don't have [redacted] for Livery, I have [redacted] for Livery would you like to go ahead with the application or your more than welcome to go to another agency that can offer you [redacted], she was satisfied with the quote and she wanted to write the policy with [redacted] Co.,the RMV-1 was stamped with [redacted] and signed by Ms. [redacted].  The down payment was payable to [redacted] from a personal check in the amount of $713.00 and signed by Ms [redacted].Ms. [redacted] was satisfied with our services when she left this office knowing this was an estimated premium and the premium might increace.The applcation and the down payment was sent to [redacted], Ms. [redacted] received the policy in the mail she rudely called the office, when she called the office she did not give her name, numerous times kept calling the office refused to give her name and kept commenting why I am not at the office at 9 am, when she called again I answered the tel she was very rude her money from me, I told her the company will refund her the money and please take your business to another agency, please see the attachements.
