My visit to this endodontist was a very negative experience First I was told at the time of service that I had to be paid on top filing a claim to my insuranceI still to this date have not received a statement in the so called services they providedI received the credit card receipt was all the statement I receivedThen in the way back to the room , they asked me to turn my cell phone off, and made a move to turn my cell phone completely off, which the assistant didThen I was told they had to take an X-ray, but they already had an X-ray by my referring dentistWith a minute look at the new X-ray and a minute look in my mouth, which I know in fact he couldn't see the problem told me in the most in caring, rudest way he could said"I can't help you , you need to get the tooth extracted" and with that he left the roomI stayed in the chair and started to cry, I was never treated this way in my whole life, Not caring about the way your patient took this horrible way of saying cold wordsI was so shocked and hurtThe assistant came to get me out of the chair for his next patient, I felt violated, for as much money as the dentist received by me and my insurance company I felt I deserved a better consultation, so I filed a complaint in writing to the Revdex.com and told them what I went through, including the face that Doctor *** through me out of the building because I asked the simple question if the next doctor could do an extraction the same day, Dr *** became enraged as he came down the hallway, Saying he was not going to ask or neither was his staff going to ask that question, that he has a good repor with this doctor that he was referring me too and he wasn't going to tell them how to chargeI only asked because I get day off and couldn't do it if it wasn't in the same day I told this to my ref feign Doctor and also the oral surgeon that I will be going to and they say people ask it all the time, and the accommodate the patientBut the big thing that bothers me the most is he held the door open and told me to Get Out, Leave,, oh, he also said that I could report him to the Board Of Dentistry, which I willI felt humiliated, Embarrassed, and wronged Believe me this goes beyond Rude and Dissrepectful This is Customer Service at its worstI will be telling everyone I meet to steer clear from this Dissrepectful, rude, dentist, that takes your money and does nothing but hurt you and it makes you feel violated, how someone can be that way and try to get away with thisThere is another review written about years ago that told this same story, so how many people did he actually do this to that's not coming forward to tell their story?
