Review: I [redacted] dropped off a 2001 GMC YUKON XL with rear passenger side damage to [redacted] to get body work and have the whole truck repainted on March 11,2014. I [redacted] and [redacted] came to an agreed price of $2500.00 for all the body work and the repainting of the entire vehicle the amount was given to [redacted] at this time paid in full. [redacted] agreed to have the vehicle complete in 30 days. After the 30 Day period there was multiple attempts to communicate with [redacted] and multiple visits to the shop but no response or returned phone calls from [redacted] After finally getting in contact and catching [redacted] by surprise on February 20,2016 and after a year later come to find out that the 2001 Yukon was still not complete. I am in desperate need of assistance to see what steps I need to take to file a Civil Lawsuit against [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle completed with the body work and the entire vehicle repainted as we agreed on or to have the amount that I paid refunded.
