Review: June 4 2015 I signed a contract with Hughes for repairs he requested $2000.00 down which I give him I ask starting date, reply was as soon as materials show up, two weeks went by nothing called him told we were going away and we would be back, came back early called him told him we we back every 2 weeks we called him each time an excuse 4 weeks ago called no return call Oct 19 called him left a stern message he called this morning Oct 20 and stated he doesn't own that company never owned send a letter to the address on contract, which is his name and business and try and get the one back blaming us for the mess.So no work even started I am out 2000 dollars we are both retired and on fixed incomeDesired Settlement: I want my money returned immediately without delay his business's registration revoked and warning out to the public beware of this man and said business business. Review: Contractor did a terrible job repairing my garage never obtained a permit took for ever to complete job did not nail roof shingles in right spot flashing around flu is leaking siding installed is falling off already still owes spouting contractor for service rendered never showed up before 10:00 AM and gone by 3:30 never cleaned up or picked up nails still have nails in yard. He put 4 nails in each rafter I had to screw them down before drywall could be finished half way thru the job he told me he spent all the money I gave him all in all he was the contractor I have seen his Pennsylvania contractor # is PA042827Desired Settlement: Lawsuit to have a contractor fix everything
