Despite doing a good job,Jhon was super clean,no one spot of dirt on my baseman

R.JGroner, Increcently installed a new Energi Air Elite ton heat pump system My experience starting with the sales office (Karen) and then the installers (Danny Band John B.) was nothing less than excellent The installers were on-time, professional and courteous Danny explained how the system worked and answered my questions They also cleaned up the work area when they were done I would highly recommend R.JGroner and will definitely use them in the future

The Groner team, Tom, Danny and Jason, who installed my replacement geothermal system, seemed to be top-notch professionalsI explained my anxiety over having the work done and done rightThey assured me that I would be pleased once it was completedIt was a two-day job, the guys were pleasant, respectful and easy to talk withI was happy to have AC againI also appreciated that the installation set up looked neat and that the work area was left neatIt’s only been a week and I’m still becoming familiar with the new system, because it functions a bit differently than the previous oneBut so far, so goodI will follow up soon with a few questionsThe system may need a slight adjustmentHowever, I feel confident that the Groner team will be responsive and I’m glad I chose them for this major job

I've used RJ Groner for air conditioning, heating and plumbing Excellent service, every time This past time I had a pipe leak in my basement Tom, my technician even took the time after he fixed the problem to use his wet/dry vac to sop up the water (on Saturday emergency call) Tom had also come out to install my air conditioning unit this summer He is super knowledgeable and personable I will be asking for him again the next time I need service Would highly recommend

Hi my experience with R J Groner could not have been better the tech John what a smart guy he is very personable person he answered all my questions he has a positive attitude

My central AC suddenly stopped working on nite of July 3rd. ..who are you going to call??? Certainly not AC Busters!! I was fortunate that Chris from AIC Alarm told me to call RJ Grohner. I placed a call @ 9:35 PM and Ryan returned my call within 10 min...he was well spoken and polite. He was in Dingmans Ferry and the weather was inclement...raining heavily !! Approx ETA was 45min to 1 hr.....he explained fees involved after which I stated let's go !True to his word at 10:45PM Ryan arrived professionally dressed and ID at the ready.He quickly returned that a mouse or chipmunk had built a nest and that a direct power coil was required as he showed me that the top seal was broken and loose connections .He installed a new unit and it worked flawlessly....he was a sincere,polite and knowledgeable young man.As a physician I encounter many people of which I generally am a good judge of character. I wish there were more individuals like Ryan .I am afflicted w/ progressive multiple sclerosis and cannot tolerated heat nor cold....RJ Groner (and the public) is fortunate to have Ryan S. It was 11: 50 PM !! Sincere thanks.

We installed the new heating system for [redacted] 5/29/2013. [redacted] called 1/15/2014 to inform us he had no heat. We went to his home the very same day to diagnose the problem. Our serviceman called the manufacturer tech line from the home and was instructed by the...

manufacturer: 
Tech-support recommended recovering system flushing with nitrogen and recharging. If problem continues replace
compressor and strainers  (case number [redacted])
We went back to the customer the following day to perform the above service. That did not repair the problem so we arranged express shipping from the manufacturer and replaced the unit the following day. Within two days of the initial no heat complaint the customer had a complete new system installed. 
On 1/22/2014 the customer called to inform us the upstairs unit was not heating the room. We went to the customer's home the very same day and found the unit was indeed working properly but the temperature outside was too cold for efficient system operation which does happen with heat pump systems. When the temperature falls below a certain temperature the homeowner needs to switch to auxiliary heat. 
On 6/23/2014 [redacted] called about the system leaking when the air conditioning was turned on. Our technician found that the drain line had come apart. He repaired it the same day.
Each of these above calls were completed at no charge to the customer, including the call where nothing was wrong with the unit. 
[redacted] had called on 12/8/2014 for a no heat issue and scheduled us to come look at the unit on 12/10/2014. He then called later that afternoon to cancel the visit because something had come up and said he would call back when he was ready to reschedule. We assumed the unit was running fine all winter since we did not hear back from him until he called today. 
I spoke to [redacted] myself this afternoon and assured him we would come out at no charge to diagnose the problem. We are going to his home on Wednesday 4/1/2015 as per his schedule.

Great service. Appointment was easy to schedule, rep turned up on time, answered by questions and serviced my unit. BTW, price was great. :)

Our recent installation went as promised, 9 am to 6 pm. The new unit is an American. Standard Heat Pump highly recommended by Consumer Reports, chosen after the fall Groner service confirmed our old Goodman heat pump finally gave up the ghost after 8 years of various breakdowns. We are very happy with the new unit, and we really like its wifi-enabled thermostat. Groner has been a very reliable company for us and we highly recommend them.

From the time our air conditioning unit broke until the new unit was installed everyone at RJ Groner was exceptionally professional. Mike and Wayne answered all of my questions clearly. They were prompt and very courteous. I would highly recommend RJ Groner to my family, neighbors, and friends. Excellent Service.

Every single office staff member that I spoke to, and I spoke to many, were so helpful and pleasant. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. In the very beginning of the process, I was in contact with Josh and he was great to deal with. I was very pleased with this company as a whole and would definitely use them again in the future.

September 19, 2015Dear [redacted]: I am writing in response to your attached letter. I honestly do not know how to respond to this complaint. The customer lives in Canada and has a reator oversee his property. We gave the customer and estimate and [redacted], the property manager, approved the work to be...

done. We performed the service as per the estimate and charged exactly what we gave the estimate for. I sent monthly statements with no response from [redacted] or from [redacted]. We charged the credit card on file for the amount due. We collect credit card information to confirm appointments and only keep them on file at the customer's request once the work is done. We also inform the customer at that time that they do not have to pay by credit card, they can pay by cash or check as well. When I did not receive a response from the customer or his property manager for three months after the work was completed assumed they wanted to pay by credit card and that was the reason they were not responding. Of Course, once charged the card heard from [redacted] immediately. He was very angry and demanded to know why I charged his card. I explained it was to pay for the work that his property manager approved. He told me she was supposed to pay us by check. I told him I never received a check for payment and that never received any response to all the statements sent either. He told me she was supposed to handle all of that and would have her call me back. Towards the end of the conversation [redacted] stated he felt he needed to replace the unit instead of throwing money at it in repairs. I told him would be happy to have a salesman go out to give him an estimate on a new unit and provide him with a discount since he was so unhappy with the situation. He told me he would think about it, [redacted] called me and explained again that charged the amount she approved on his behalf. She said she mailed a check when the work was completed. I told her never received it and asked her if it had cleared with her bank. She confirmed it had not. I have not heard anything from either of them since that conversation and thought this matter was closed. [redacted] states parts were mis-ordered. Parts were never misordered, the manufacturer sent the wrong parts once. He states the property manager told us the unit was to be decommissioned and no further work was to be done. That is false. The property manager not only approved the work to be done but she also arranged to let us in the home to perform the work. have also attached the work order from when the work was completed on 5/13/2015 and signed as complete by the tenant in the home. We replaced all the boards in the outside unit as requested but were notable to get the unit running because once that was fixed we found that the indoor unit needed parts as well. We were notable to test the indoor unit until the outdoor unit was repaired.shredded the customer's credit card the same day I spoke to him at his request.
