Review: Hired contractor to refurbish my house. Discussed at length repairs to be made and time line for completion. Contractor subbed out work with multiple sub groups. I commented to him that I hope that will not cause a problem later but he assured me he stood by his workers and I would be satisfied when the work was complete. He said if anything was not right he would take care of it. The siding was done after the roof and gutters. After the siding was completed the light fixtures were to be put back in place. The light fixtures were the last job to be completed for the house. The light fixture one on the left side of the door is not aligned with the light fixture on the right side of the door. The light fixtures on the back of the house were never put back. I called the contractor and made him aware of it. He came by and looked at it and said it would be taken care of. The initial work started in August of 2012, the last check was written in October 2012. I called the contractor once every couple of months to remind him nothing had been done about the lights. He continued to reassure me the work would be taken care of, he just never committed to an actual time. This has gone on for months and my lights are still not aligned properly and my lights on the back of the house have not been put back in place. I would like to have my lights aligned properly on the front of my house and the lights put back on the back of the house.I would like this done asap. I would also like to add that the contractor was paid in full for the work and never had to wait to be paid when payment request installments were made. Now that he has been paid he seems to have forgotten about his promise to make sure everything was done satisfactorily. We even spoke on the phone this morning and he again could not tell me when the work would be done only that he would get to it. He then abruptly ended our conversation which leaves me at his whim resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my lights on my house properly aligned in the front (at the door) and put back in their original place on the back of the house (two lights). I would like this done in a timely manner, a two week window seems like a reasonable amount of time, from the time the contractor is contacted.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 7/1/13 he stated he would send someone out to the customer's house sometime today to take the lights down and access the situation. [redacted] also apologizes for the delay due to his schedule.
