I called RJ Kielty (Florida) in a panic at midnight tonight (on a Sunday) after realizing that liquid plumber is not supposed to go into clogged toilets- a little too lateAs a first time customer, and given the hour, I expected to leave a voicemail in a machineI was pleasantly surprised to hear a very human and very kind female representative answer my callShe patiently listened as I shared my plumbing woes and then friendly offered to page a plumber who would give me a call in minutes or lessLess that minutes later, a plumber returned my callHe was beyond helpful, kind (even thiugh that page woke him up), and professional as he reassured me that no, I would not die from breathing in the liquid plumber chemicals, and no, I did not break my septic systemMy mind set at ease immediately, he then spent approximately minutes kindly offering advice as to how to best plunge my toilet (I had tried for over an hour the wrong way I quickly learned) and even offered to stay on the line letting me know by listening to the plunger's suction sounds how I was doingWhen I still couldn't unclog the toilet after many tries, he offered flexible timeframe options that he would be available to come over later in the morning (on a Sunday)I was surprised by how reasonable his rates were! Luckily, minutes after we hung up the phone, his advice worked and my plumbing issue was resolved without a service callI just wish I had gotten the name of the plumber I spoke with! Given the exemplary level of customer service, practical advice, and great rates, I would highly recommend RJ Kielty to anyone seeking a trustworthy plumberI will be calling RJ Kielty with any future plumbing needs!:)
