I contacted three companies for landscaping bids on March 31, 2015; RJ Lawn & Landscape was one. I had proposals from the other two by the end of April. I wasn't able to even meet with RJ's designer until April 20. He indicated then a proposal would be ready in two to three weeks. On May 13, he emailed an apology and promised a design early in the week of May 18. Two weeks later, I still had seen nothing. At that point, I emailed the company to remove myself as a customer. No one from RJ contacted me with an apology or made any effort to keep my business. Indeed, my project was much smaller than the larger, more profitable ones the company proudly displays on its website. Leery of that, I was assured in March the company worked on projects of all sizes. But after two futile months, it's apparent small projects are not worth their time or effort. Customers in that category must be willing to stand at the back of the line before their landscaping dreams become reality.
