*** *** *** ***On Tuesday December 27, 2016, the customer called our office requesting information on purchasing a wheelchair, wheelchair
cushion, and a raised toilet seat The wheelchair and cushion were purchased via credit card We then delivered the chair and cushion to his home We brought along two options for a raised toilet seat He chose the 3-Commode which was then placed over the toilet in the bathroom He was not charged for the 3-at the time of delivery Later that afternoon, we called him for payment He stated his wife had left with the credit card We made arrangements for him to call us on Wednesday the 28th to make payment He called on the afternoon of Wednesday December 28th and paid for the 3-Commode At that time, he made no mention of any issues He had already had the 3-Commode for more than hours when payment was made.On Tuesday January 3rd (days later), he called requesting to return the 3-Commode We did not get back to him that day, but had intended to call him on January 4th He called us, before we called him He was told we could not return the 3-Commode.Below is our Return Policy from our website:R and J Medical strives to provide the best return policyIf a customer would like to return an item they have days from the point of the saleItems that are excluded from being returned are the bathroom itemsWe will not accept these items backIf you have questions about returning an item we ask you to either email the business at *** or call our office at ###-###-####.-- *** *** * ***R and J Medical Services
