Kristin E[redacted] entered into a finance contract on a brand new 2018 Jeep Cherokee on September 24 2017. On September 28 Kristin brought the vehicle in with a tire issue. The service advisor inspected the tire and had determined that the tire had been damaged by the driver and not a...

manufacturer defect. The dealership gladly installed a new tire anyway and at no charge to Kristen .The service department also provided the customer with a multipoint inspection of the vehicle and included an inspection of the brakes and battery. All checked good. Kristin also mentions the vehicle would not accelerate and gets bad gas mileage. As I said the vehicle checks out good. Ms. E[redacted] loan was funded by a lender on September 27th. The dealership recognizes that she entered into a contract and the loan was funded on a perfectly good vehicle.Jon A[redacted]
