Case#s *** Good Morning *** The blocking and detailed anchoring system that was shown on the Graceland plans (copy attached) stated the shed is designed to he placed on flat, level ground directly on the skidsIf the customer felt they wanted to or were required (by Town of Payson) to elevate the building, it is the customer responsibilityCustomer, *** *** reviewed and signed two documents (attached) which state Materials Needed (customer provides concrete blocking if desired or required), and "Units are installed directly on the ground. We provide sheds to all Permitting Jurisdictions, in the State of Arizona, and they all have different requirements, and that is why our contract states customers need to Contact their Local Codes Office to verify requirements. And "Graceland and its agents are not responsible for permits" The customer obtained their own permit through the Town of Payson, and if the Town of Payson requires the home to be on concrete blocks, it is stated in the contract that thecustomer is responsible for this.
