On April 16, 2017, claimant had ordered a steak to be cooked medium at the Steakhouse Claimant received the steak and was not
satisfied and requested the steak to be "cooked more." Steak was refired and returned Per procedure, after a refire is requested by the guest, Steak House Manager approached the claimant to determine if the steak was to her liking The steak was cut up and per Steak House Manager was cooked mediumDue to the condition of the steak (cut up) if could not be again recookedClaimant finished the meal and charged the bill to Hotel Room When the Steak House Waiter attempted to settle the bill at 7pm to the claimant's room the charges were declinedClaimant had provided an incorrect room number When the correct room number was found, the Claimant's credit card was declined Steak House Waiter called Claimant in the Hotel Room and explained the credit card provided was declined Claimant informed Steak House Waiter they would come back to the Steakhouse to settle the bill At 7:45pm, the Claimant had not returned to the Steakhouse to settle the bill At 8:00pm the Guest Service Manager with Security Officer went to Claimant's room again requesting to settle the bill Claimant did return to the Steakhouse at approximately 8:05pm
Upon returning to the Steakhouse the Claimant proceeded to become very aggressive and argumentativePer Steakhouse Manager's statement, "I should not be charged for such a Sh..ty F...ing steak and the Claimant was done with this F..ing Hotel I asked the guest not to yell at me and the guest very loudly as so all the guests in the dining room could hear Fthis place and that this was the worst meal she ever had(Which was finished by the Claimant) again the guest used more bad language."
The Guest Service Manager was informed of an altercation in the Steakhouse The Guest Service Manager observed the Claimant entering the Hotel Guest elevator and informed the Claimant not to make a scene, but contact the Guest Service Manager to resolve
The Guest Service Manager then went to the Steak House to speak to the Steak House Manager and Staff The Claimant was so loud when returning to pay the bill, that all comments were heard by the all Guests in the Dining Room as well as by the Cooks in the Kitchen (approximately feet from the Counter and located behind a solid wall) After review of the Claimant's behavior, the Guest Service Manager made the decision to remove the Claimant from the property and issued a Trespass Notice (May not return to the property for a period of months) and must make a written request to return after this month period
