For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Mr.*** never came out to look at the roof and to talk to me about getting this matter fixedBack in 2014/Mr*** said that the roof may need to be replacedAll that has been done is Mr*** sent men out and the roof has been patched and about 6-shingles had a few more nails put into themIn my opinion there will be more shingles coming off the roof in the near future as it has been in the past

We was still having financial hardship and making payments while we could but I know we wasn't $948 or 12 months past due which he was trying to say we was. On 01/08/2014 [redacted] unlawfully repossessed our storage shed and our property, he also stole out property that we had stored in the shed. We sent our master carpenter out to check on the problemHe found that two shingles we loose and he reattached themMr*** was happy with the repair

We have created a work order for Mr. [redacted] will go out and access the roof and we will reattach the fallen shingles.
