Review: I called because my dash board was jumping and my car would not start. So I had my car towed to rj wheels where they said they would be happy to help me. My car was complete the next day when I drove the car home that evening I was having the same issue of the dash board jumping. So I called them back and they said to bring the car in and he will take care of it. I dropped the car off told him it must have been the wiring the did to fix it in the first place. [redacted] said ok he will take care of it. [redacted] called later that afternoon and said he really couldnt figure it out it may be a battery issue but the battery is fine is what he told me. I said if you dont know what it is I will just pick it up I thought it was wiring because you guys said you had to replace it all and its still having the same problem. So I went to go pick up my car he said I had to wait he had to type up a bill and he said for them trying to figure out what was wrong with it and this is after I already paid 600 dollars when I first brought it in and it was only 42 dollars so it wasnt the money because I already paid over 600. So I said that is not right I already paid you to figure out the problem and I am still having the same problem. [redacted] argued that the car wasnt working was the problem wasnt the dash and the problem was the car didnt start and the problem was both which he said he fixed. [redacted] went on to tell me its people like me trying to scam money (after I already paid 600$) and that he didnt need my business because Im from out of town anyways so I said is that why you are ripping me off and he said yes if you dont pay ill drive your piece of s
t in the garage and you wont get it. And mind you this is after I already paid 600 dollars, and he said I was trying to rip him off 42 dollars? The whole point he never fixed the issues and got a free 40 dollars out of me. [redacted] was very rude and he ended here are your keys get out of my shop and I said I wanted the owners number and he said he owned the company......Desired Settlement: I want my 42 dollars back for him not fixing the problem and an apology from [redacted].

Response:
On August 3, 2012 we refunded Mr. [redacted] the $42 he requested. As General Manager of the R J Wheels business I have discussed Mr. [redacted]'s complaint with [redacted], our Service Manager, about his statements. I extend an apology from myself and [redacted] for his remarks.
Review: The issue has to with my emergency brake which worked fine before I brought my car to RJ Wheels for repairs. Some of my repairs included getting new brakes on the front and back of my car. When I got my car back I noticed my emergency brake was not working. I called RJ Wheels and I brought the car back. I waited over an hour and got my car back and noticed the emergency brake still did not work. I called them again and they said I would have to bring the car back two or three more times to be adjusted. That was not acceptable to me because every time in the past I had new brakes put on the car I never had issues with the emergency brake.I brought the car to a few other places, got some estimates and the place I brought it to be repaired, fixed it the first time. I did not have to go back to them two or three more times to have it adjusted.I had to spend an additional $151.84 on top of my repair bill of $1,152.94.I sent the business mgr. at RJ Wheels copies of the paperwork because I want a refund of $151.84. It has been three months and I have not heard back from anybody.During those three months I called the business mgr. a few times, but my calls were never returned. I am being ignored about this matter and that is why I contacted the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for $151.84. Why should I have to pay extra money for something that RJ Wheels screwed up and could not repair??

Response:
I would like to appologize to Mr. [redacted] for the extreme delay in responding to his complaint, I have had it on my desk for several months and have not taken care of it due to other matters. Mr. [redacted] has been an excellent customer.
My delay in responding was in part due to conflicting reponses from my staff. I just examined the mechanical details of the parking brake system and discussed it with a different senior member of our staff and concluded that we did not deal with the partking brake properly. Therefore, I am refunding Mr. [redacted] his requested $151.84 immediately by check in todays mail.
Of note, we have made changes to our staff to preclude this sort of problem in the future. We hope to retain Mr. [redacted] as a cutomer and to this end I am sending him a certificate for three free oil changes for his inconvenience. I have discussed this matter with [redacted], our new Service Manager at the Polaris Service Center.
