To Whom It May Concern,As of today 04/12/we have received a letter mailed to us stating that a customer of ours has filed a complaint against our companyThe complaint number is #11312953. On November 11th the customer enrolled into our services in the amount of $using her
*** accountThroughout the month of November we attempted to service this clients needs and provided her with a few steps she needed to complete so we could develop the website she purchased with our companyThe issue that took place is the customer had owned a domain name that she wanted us to build on, and as a company we were not able to complete her work order, until the domain name she owned was pointed to our servers. We continued to reach out to the customer and received little to no response from her up until December 14th when we finally made contact with her again and she then informed us she wanted to build a different website and again, we provided instructions to her as to what she needed to do in order for us to complete her Deluxe Website work orderAfter the December 14th contact we had with the customer, we sent out several additional emails and left voice messages with the customer on her voice mail and never heard back from the customer until April 7th which is when she filed a *** dispute of the $transaction that took place on November 11th 2015. As of April 7th we have made separate attempts to reach this customer by phone and have left several messages with her attempting to resolve her concerns and settle her *** dispute that she filed.At this point, we have contacted *** and agreed to refund the set up cost of the $back to her. We are sending this letter to you in response to the complaint we received it is our hope that you can see that this "complaint" has been resolved and fully refunded, and although from our perspective the customer never completed the tasks we assigned to her, we are hoping that the customer sees we have attempted to service and complete her work order several times and with out her completing the tasks we assigned to her we were unable to proceed.We have sufficient documentation which will show the numerous attempts we have made as a company to service her needs. We understand and honor the customers perspective and take tremendous pride in our reputation. It is our hope that customer along with the Revdex.com can see that this matter has been resolved and a full refund was provided to the customer via PayPal. In addition, the customer is stating that we have been billing her $per month for her "hosting fee's", our records show that we HAVE NOT charged this customer any monthly hosting fee's, and her account has been completely terminated in our office (As part of the original agreement, the customers first days of hosting were FREE with her Deluxe website purchase). If there is anything we can do to provide you with further documentation please feel free to contact our office and we would be happy to provide any and all details supporting this matter.We wish the customer the best of luck moving forward and hope they can see that we made several attempts to service their needs since activating the web development services with our company.Sincerely,Matthew Baumann
