Had my windows and doors replaced by Triple Pane in 2007, within 2 weeks a rain storm occurred. The two front windows leaked. They came up and caulked them between there frame and window, looks terrible. I had to caulk the old windows, that's why I replaced them! The frames are showing fading and chalking wich they were not supposed to do according the the sales person that talked us into them. The three steel doors started to fade 2 years ago and now are losing there finish. All three are under porch roofs. There brochure indicated a long lasting sun resistant finish, 5 or 6 years is hardly long lasting. I had another issur 2 years ago and was completely ignored after several phone calls. I ran a licensed remodel business for 25 years in Tucson and never treated customers like that.
