Review: Car went in for repairs to engine.after repairs it went for detailing and ** chevrolet removed the tint off front windows and all exterior decals!! Also not happy about a couple scratches on passenger and driver door but could have been caused by tow company so I have no proof who committed those...actually just amazed how a detail turns into basically ruining personal property!Desired Settlement: Restitution

I contacted Mr [redacted] ON 9-24-2015 we are reimbursing him for emblems removed during our detailing process. We also have ins company photos prior to our repairs showing that there was no after-market window tinting when the vehicle was towed in by state farm insurance company Mr [redacted] is satisfied with the outcome

Review: I though I purchase a new Equinox, Chevy, in late october, however, to date signed 2 contracts, one initally and second in December, to find out that they now want me to return the car because of financing issues. I traded my Merceses , (Leasing) They were pay last payments to previous leasing com for three months they had my car, now the lease is up on my vehicle, and they want to return it to me oweing three months back payments equilling $ 2000.00 plus and tags. I received a call at 7PM wanting to pick up the car and return mine. I have no tags for my previous car, and have had to endure as lot of embarassment. This dealership did the same thing to a family member . I have a signed contract between the dealship and myself, assured that everything was a done deal only to be notified they cound not complete there financing. I now have no vehicle, liable to pay the leasing company for my car that was in there possession for three months.Desired Settlement: I would like a expliantion sent to credit bureau, so that I can restore my credit rating, the payments

on my leased Mercedes, which they had for three months, with an explination to Mercedes to restore my credit.

Review: Unauthorized credit check done 3 days before I was at the dealership to sign papers for any credit check, also found out my ss# is stored in the computer system at the dealer. I did not sign for any inquiries to be done til November 30 the inquiries were done on November 28th before I gave permission. Manger stated oh that should of been for today I can call the credit bureau and have the dates switched. More inquiries were added to my credit report illegally with out my consent. I would like any and all inquiries from and due to RK Chevrolet to be removed from my credit report. Due to not legally obtaining my permission and for not letting me know they would keep my ss # stored from a prior visit to the dealership.Desired Settlement: Any and all inquiries from and for rk Chevrolet to be removed from my credit report from prior visit and the illegally obtained inquiries also.

Review: I sent my car (2013 Honda Accord Coupe) to RK CHEVY on March 31 2014 to get repaired due to a front driver side accident involving a deer. The car was completed by April 11 2014. But upon looking at the car sometime after I received it back I noticed the paint was extremely dull. So I took it back to R K Chevy and they told me to bring it in on August 4th 2014 to repair the bad paint job ,that was admitted their fault. I was fine with this although it took 3 weeks until August 25th 2014 to receive my car again. There was no cost to me because they have a guarantee on their body work. I then noticed after receiving the car this time that there was bad and visible "buff" marks on the hood in three different spots. I tried washing the car once with no wax as I was instructed to do so by RK management and the marks are still badly visible. I called RK on Tuesday September 30th 2014 to tell them about the problem but also suggested I don't want them to work on it again because [redacted] from Auto Body had told me on the phone at the time of my second repair that the paint shop had never had to bring a car down to bare metal before and that's why it took three weeks to complete. The girl I was on the phone with Sept 30th told me someone would call me back Tuesday night or the next day, I never received a response. So I ask myself or anyone for that matter, Why would I bring it back there to get worked on again when for (1) this would be the 3rd time bringing it back, (2) if the paint shop isn't skilled to do work like that then why would I trust them a 3rd time, (3) their costumer service lacks and their track record proves that.. On top of that I brought my car back to Honda for an oil change and asked them when I bring my car back for the lease (leased vehicle due back in Feb. 16') will it depreciate the value with the buff marks on the hood?, they replied yes.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the damages done to my hood by check or cash. I'd assume we could get my insurance company to estimate damage at R K Chevy's expense. Then I will get the vehicle fixed at another "trusted" body shop.

[redacted] brought vehicle back and all repairs and problems were addressed. All RK work is warrantied and any further problems will be handled in a timely manner. As for Mr Munson's concerns about turning his leased car back. We certainly will stand behind any defects in workmanship provided by RK Autobody
