Worst customer service ever.[redacted] threatened to kick me out when I wanted to the warranty in writing ([redacted]). They offered a 5 year warrantly on the leather but wouldn't follow through. When moving the sofas in they made a big hole in my wall . Neither delivery men apologized and pretended it wasn't their fault. B[redacted]

We ordered a sectional couch with 6 weeks notice, we were told it could be done in 2-3 weeks. We were moving in 6 weeks, so it was plenty of time. our move date was set and I called them to say that it could be delivered in 1 week so they would have plenty of time. This is where things went south. I was stunned by the ignorance of these people in the furniture business. After many unanswered calls and messages that were never returned , I finally got the salesman on the phone to say my couch was on the truck and he gave me the drivers number. so strange but I called the driver and he said he did not have the couch but would call back lol I was told this so many times I had to laugh. we were called liars by the owner while quoting his sales pitch. I got another call from a driver saying he had my couch on his truck but that it broke down. I of course offered to come get it. He will call me back lol ha ha, never did. One night a week later we get a call that the couch will come in 20 minutes and we had to race home. Turns out its the same guy that swears he did not have the couch. We got the couch and the delivery guys took a look at my $20 tip for 15 minutes work and said " is that all you can afford" I said nothing to him and still gave him that money. The original sale went well but nothing else ever did. The couch fell apart and my husband was able to find better screws and redo all the screws for the bed and the sections. it is losing fibers like spaghetti through a sieve. totally substandard work but what did we expect with that terrible, nasty "customer Service" With competition as it is, I cannot believe they are still in business, they should be ashamed.
