HIS WIFE BACK FOR A TEST DRIVE. UNKNOWN TIME THEY ARRIVED LOOKED THE VEHICLE OVER AND A TEST DRIVE WAS GIVEN. THEY CAME BACK AND WERE PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY DROVE, AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PURCHASE.ON MAY 14, 2014 [redacted] CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FINALIZED THE DEAL AND TOOK DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. ENCLOSED YOU WILL FIND THE BUYERS ORDER STATING THE VEHICLE AND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. ALONG WITH THAT SHE SIGNED THE AS IS STATEMENT AS WELL.WHILE COMPLETING THE DEAL, I NOTICED THAT THEIR REGISTRATION WAS RUNNING OUT ON AT THE END OF THE MONTH, AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE RENEWAL STICKER, SO I ADDED THE THIRTY SIX DOLLAR FEE TO THE PURCHASE ORDER , AND ADDED IT TO THE STATE PAPERWORK FOR THEIR REGISTRATION RENEWAL. THEIR TOTAL DEAL WAS $5057.70 AND IT WAS PAID IN FULL BY A PERSONAL CHECK OUR POLICY IS TO HOLD DEALS 10 TO 14 DAYS WHILE WAITING FOR THE CHECK TO CLEAR.IN EXAMPLE 2, THE PENNDOT MV4ST WAS COMPLETED AND THE REGISTRATION WAS ADDED AFTER THE FACT. THE PAPER WORK WAS THEN SENT TO MY MESSENGER SERVICE, [redacted] TITLES IN [redacted] PA TO COMPLETE AND SEND TO PENNDOT. AT THAT TIME I MADE PAYMENT FOR THE SALES TAX ALONG WITH THE OTHER FEES, AND MESSENGER FEES. THE PAPERWORK WAS SENT TO PENNDOT FOR PROCESSING BY [redacted] TITLES.

Review: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Business person,I bought a car here on 5/14/14, the owner [redacted] sent paperwork to PennDot late,(blamed it on his courier service) failed to pay the extra fee to renew the registration that I paid to him.(listed on paperwork)I contacted PennDot to inquire if paperwork was received, they advised it was not submitted until 6/9/14,I contacted him and he was rude and argumentative, as it was my fault that he did not complete the paperwork, then lied to my husband, stating he paid the registration online. After contacting Penndot for two weeks straight, to be told the paperwork was NEVER re-submitted. I contacted [redacted] the owner),and immediately got into an argument with him about the whole situation, he stated the pink slip was good for 90 days and I ask him why he lied and said he re-newed it online, he starting yelling. I advised him I was reporting him to Revdex.com.He said, "fine, go ahead" I told him he was a bad businessman,he then told me to "screw myself "(not he words he used )and he hung up on me, I called back, he did not answer, so I left him a voice mail advising of his horrible business and cowardly actions.Desired Settlement: I want ALL my money back that I paid for the car, down the last penny,and he can have the car back, I have only owed it for over a month,and technically I don't even own it, because it is NOT registered anywhere in the state of PA.A person in a business should NOT be aloud to manipulate people and lie to them, and basically steal their money and not follow through with State mandated paperwork. I spend $5000 at his business, I can only imagine how he treats other clients.I want $5000 back !
