We were dispatched by Progressive Insurance to pick up Ms [redacted] 's car that was broke down near downtown Milwaukee, reason for the tow car had a broken ball joint, we were told to take the car to O'riley motor car on w cherry st, milwaukeeThis tow happened on aSunday, shop was closed and they have no parking lot , so my driver had to park the car on the streethe locked it up and put the key in the drop boxthanks [redacted]

That tow driver and city tow lot workers said the windows were down and the doors were UNLOCKEDI have the phone number of the tow driver that towed the car last and he is more than willing to vouch that doors were unlocked and windows were downIf RK motors is giong to say they didnt leave it in neutral, then there is still no reason the car was deemed OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC and needed to be towed because it had multiple calls it was in the middle of the roadI have a dollar ticket to prove itSo is RK Motors saying they left the car in the middle of the road? I talked to the police officer that was called to the car and got it towedShe specifically said it was in the middle of the street RK motors cannot keep making up liesI did my due diligence, I have talked to every party involvedAll wrong doing leads to this terrible businessEven the tow driver from RK motors got on the phone with me and admitted he may have left the doors unlocked and the car in neutral [redacted]

How would that tow driver been able to open my doors if the keys were in the drop box at O'riely motors? RK motors left my car in neutral, windows down and doors unlockedI can have the tow driver that met me at tow lot confirm thisMy car was also DROPPED in the process between the time RK motors dropped it off and the time I saw it at the tow lotIf the second tow driver that towed the car because of the police officer's car did it, again it hsould have never been even towed for the second time if it wasn't left in neutralI now have body damage on my car I have to pay forI spoke with the tow driver and he admitted, "I may have left it in nuetral and the door unlocked but I don't think I did." The owner *** was sitting right there and heard this when I was talking to the tow driverWhen I first called to ask why my car was at the city tow lot, *** hung up on meAs the Revdex.com, I know you have processes but how can you not hear this story and see that *** is unproffessional and terrible customer service that he is clearly lying about the wrong doing of his driver and taking NO RESPONSIBILITYWhat I have gone through in this situation was terrible and I don't wish it upon anyoneI have sent my Revdex.com contact *** multiple updates and picturesI did my due dilligence from calling RK motors, speaking to the tow lot, calling the police station and having the police officer call me back, I spoke to city wide towing who was the tow company that came to get my car out of the middle of the street, I confirmed with Oriely motors that it is in fact protocal to place cars on the street for them to service the next day, it has nothing to do with their lot not being openI have been cooperative with all these people I have spoke with as they have been also, they only person not being cooperative and a good business owner is ***His drivers are incompetent and *** is a liar

picture of the car on the tow truck shows all the windows up (why would the driver roll all window down at the shop), also my driver dropped the key in the drop box at the shop, key wont come out of the car unless the car is in park driver also put the emergency brakes because of the broken axle car did not hold park even though shifter shows that the car is in park and the shop is on a hill. thank you ***

I have the phone number of the tow driver that towed the car last and he is more than willing to vouch that doors were unlocked and windows were down. If RK motors is giong to say they didnt leave it in neutral, then there is still no reason the car was deemed OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC and needed to be towed because it had multiple calls it was in the middle of the road. I have a 60 dollar ticket to prove it. So is RK Motors saying they left the car in the middle of the road? I talked to the police officer that was called to the car and got it towed. She specifically said it was in the middle of the street.  RK motors cannot keep making up lies. I did my due diligence, I have talked to every party involved. All wrong doing leads to this terrible business. Even the tow driver from RK motors got on the phone with me and admitted he may have left the doors unlocked and the car in neutral.

Review: Vehicle was not repaired completely.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle to be repaired completely and properly if not I would like my total money spent refunded back to me.

sorry I did not check my email for two weeks with christmas and all, problem with the car was someone installed radio wrong and shorted front control moudle which is connected to the fuse box, to proceed to fix the car we need to replace frt control moudle first so we have communciation with the moudle and see what else was not working, was also explained to customer there may be further problem with this car, but moudle has to replaced first before we can proceed any further and he agreed. after replacing the moudle heat is working but instrument cluster is not, needed further time to diagnoise instrument cluster issue , customer declined.
