I got Samsung s6 used after 1 week it has some problems they fixed my phone for 100% free I love this store and people work there they always help everyone with out charging anything some time. thank you kashif for your help every one should visit this store they have all used and new phones with good price thank you all....
Review: I purchased an LG phone from this company from this company
for $280.00 and I returned it because the internet was not connecting. In the receipt there is only a $30 restocking fee,
but from the original $280 I was only returned $140. Based on the fee's I am still owed $110.00Desired Settlement: Please return the money that is owed for a total of $110
Review: Sold a stolen phone and refused refund
I purchased a used cell phone in the amount of $260.00 when I went to my carrier, Sprint, I was advised the phone was stolen and could not be activated. I returned to the merchant where I was advised by a different employee from the one that sold me the phone that he couldn't refund my money. I had the phone and my debit card receipt .Desired Settlement: I want my $260.00 refunded immediately and a written formal apology for the inconvenience and written promise to never sell a used cell phone again.

Company states that there is nothing wrong with the phones that they sell, the consumer just didn't like the phone. In the interest of good customer service, the consumer was refunded in full several days after their purchase.
