I am writing this negative review due to the customer service aspect of my experienceThe actual repair of my sewer line was done efficiently, and although I do believe it was more costly then other options in the area, it was an emergency and the company completed the fix timely
From what I can tell, this is a family run businessI always like to support local, small businessesI also like when I am treated with respect especially when I'm paying many thousands of dollars for a jobThat was not the case here
There was a disagreement / misunderstanding regarding the terms of the contract after the job was completed (do they come back and tamp down and fill and seed or do they not)After three months of no reponse (it was winter, I gave the benefit of the doubt), I called and was met with slow service, no follow ups, and frankly, liesWhen the company did send someone to fix the issue, it was a jokeThey threw grass seed and hay on top of hard soilWhen I tried to have a professional conversation with the owner about this, he was quick to cut me off and say they are not a landscaping company -- a fact I clearly understand, I just wanted them to finish the services that were included in writing and in the high cost I already paid outHe refused to do anything more, refused to refund me any portion of my money, told me to take him to court and hung up on me
So, If you feel like dealing with an unprofessional service provider, give them a call
I am grateful for the prompt service and the lifetime guarentee they claim to offer, but I would not recommend this firm to any of my family or friends after how I was treated

We called All About Drains, Edgewood, Maryland franchise about a problem we were having with our drain linesThey were prompt and took care of the problem better than anyone we have called in the last yearsYou can't beat the service they provide for the money!

worst ever! Having to replace all their work, finding the toilet line tied with a shoe string and old parts left under the house Never again! RUN from this rip off artist! Tried to fill a claim but he never gave me a receipt, so watch out, when he says he will bring back a receipt, demand he get one before you give him 1$

Wow! Wow! Rodney saved us thousands of dollars after a different plumber incorrectly diagnosed our problemHis diagnosis was right on target and we really felt like he gave the job his allHe was thorough, polite, and made sure that the job was done correctlyWe were without working plumbing for a few days before we brought Rodney into the picture and he had us up & running within minutesAll about drains is our new "go to" company and we continue to recommend it to family and friends

It's been a few years, but I was not satisfied with their service Our bathroom was small to begin with, and they made it even smaller They did not listen to what we wanted, they wanted to get it done in one day They closed the wall in the bathroom even smaller than it was, took a pipe out that we didn't tell them to, installed a baby-sized toilet, and when they covered the floor, left a one inch gap I would never, ever, recommend this company to anyone in the future

I highly recommend this company. The rates are fantastic and the work is excellent.

I just got a sewer line put in by all about drains they were very respectable there work was great the guys cleaned up after there selves and my yard was very clean after the job was done thank you very much and I will definitely be calling again if I have any plumbing problems.
