We are offering the customer the requested dispute amount of $266 to resolve this matter. We believe our customers are entitled to quality products.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  As a consumer I am entitled to fair value, good quality and safety in the products I purchase. I am disappointed that Active Ventilation does not share that view . However I believe at a minimum, the spirt of the laws of New York State do share my view.  This a conflict that needs resolution and I believe it is the vendor who should provide the remedy.   $ 360 represents one half of my purchase, $ 57  represents the (in vendors view) usable powder coated vent and $ 37represents 1/2 of shipping for a refund of $ 266 which would represent a reasonable portion of the price paid.
