We hired RL Plumbing to repair the plumbing problem as stated, which included the replacement of the tiles which required removal in order to access the plumbing problemThe tile demo was completed and the new shower pan was installed and concreted over by an RL Plumbing contracted employee who was not a plumber Once again, the plumbing part of the job was completed, not inspected and remains the source of the problem causing damage to our home The tile work by RL plumbing contractor was being completed in an untimely and unsatisfactory manner The gentleman who completed the tile replacement had absolutely nothing to do with the plumbing, which remains the source of the whole problemWe will now need to have the entire project repeated due to the improperly-repaired, still-leaking shower pan...the work we had contracted with RL Plumbing. Our request remains a refund of the originally stated amount so that we may proceed in having our plumbing problem properly repaired and prevent further damage to our home

R L Plumbing was hired to repair a leaking shower pan*** *** and a worker tore out the tile needed to install the shower pan and then provided a man that would install the new pan and tile the shower stallUnbeknownst to us the man who installed the shower pan was apparently not a licensed plumber and his work was never inspected by R L PlumbingWe were unhappy with the mans work after he installed the shower pan so we decided to find and hire another tile man to finish tiling the shower stallThe shower pan now leaks so the pan was not installed correctlyWe graciously request reimbursement for the money spent because the work will all have to be redoneI will send copies of all documents and receipts upon request to R.LPlumbing, the Revdex.com, and *** *** who endorsed themIf reimbursement is not provided further legal action will occur. This job was not completed by RL Plumbing.some of the work was done by customer.we tried to get customer to allow us to finish job.but they refuse to allow us to do thisRL Plumbing did finish this project and will not be responsible for other contractors work. This issue was addressed and
settled when ask to stop working on project.we don't warranty any work not completed by R L PlumbingWho ever finish this project is responsible for this projectNot RL Plumbing

my records show we only charged him for one charge of $450. so unless it shows up different on my banking we will not be refunding $

RL Plumbing was fired during the demo stage of this project and was not allowed to finish this project. Therefore we will not refund moneys that was paid just for labor to demo out shower. The contractor you hired to finish the demo and replace all the tiles that were add and was extra above and beyond the agreement with RLPlumbing is the responsibility of the contractor you decided to hire to finish project. Your complaint is not with RLPlumbing it is with the contractor you hired to finish this project. RLPlumbing only charged you for labor hours to demo out shower not put shower back together. This is what we agreed to when you decided to fire us from project. We are not the responsible for work done by other contractors on this project. We did not hire them and will not be responsible for his work done to this project.

This is the poorest service I have ever experienced. When they come in for service, they don't have the basic tools they need, no protection towels or papers to protect the room floor. when they started, they could not locate the problem and mess up a lot of my family plans.

After the job half done, they wrap up and leave only ask the money talked, never say wether they did the right thing.

When they leave, no written report what they did and what they accomplished, becareful to use this company, quote small in starting point and really cost more.
