Dec. 2015, I bought a $25. gift card for my daughter for Christmas. In Feb. when they tried to use it,at Fleming's Steakhouse in Peoria, AZ, they were told it had no balance. I tried emailing Fleming's Steakhouse three times, but it would not let me complete the submission. Then I called Bloomin' Brands Gift card line twice. Both times I was prompted to leave a message and someone would return my call ASAP. That never happened. So I finally wrote a letter stating my problem and at that point, frustration. As of this date, (Mar. 12, 2016) I have not heard anything from them. NEVER again will I do business with this company, and be sure none of my family or friends will either.
