As Stated in our previous response Carfax and Autocheck are outside companies in which they provide a report of any previous insurance claims against a vehicle. [At time of purchase I was given a fake or incomplete carfax report showing the vehicle I was purchasing had no accidents. upon trading the car into another dealership last week. they gave me an accurate report showing it was involved in an accident the required it to be towed. I should be given a refund of some kind due to the salesman decieving me so that I purchased the lemon pontiac torrent. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I knew it was in a n accident previously]
