Review: I agreed to a 38 dollar one time withdrawal from my account to cover a debit that showed on my account, I did not even know this debt existed. I was willing to pay this 38 dollar debit to clear my credit after giving this immoral agent my debit information and permission to withdraw 38 dollars and 38 dollars only, he hesitated then proceeded to tell me of a collection charge. I was not informed of this charge prior to this and told Robert L[redacted] I would not authorize any charge other than the 38 dollar charge. That immoral agent proceeded to take $59.98 from my account without my consent. Illegally taking money from my debit card.Desired Settlement: I think he should refund the money he took without my authorization and he should be punished appropriately. It should be made public that this man will not follow the law and should not be trusted to be able to receive information that gives him access to ones bank account.
